Katie Hajjar brings more than a decade of experience in Charleston’s hospitality industry with her to TheMacintosh. Now general manager, she previously held the same position at local staples Parcel 32, Fishand Old Village Post House. Along with her in-restaurant experience, she’s a mentee of chef Frank Leeand restaurateur David Marconi, a board member with Lowcountry Hospitality Association and serves asthe Treasurer for Les Dames d’Escoffier: Charleston. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University:Providence and a Massachusetts native, Katie has a love for sailing (she’s worked on a cruise ship andlater, lived on a sailboat!) and claims her best social media subject is none other than her beagle/houndmix, Tilly Bug Schnitzel!
