A native of South Carolina, Aubrey Ervin is no stranger to Southern hospitality. With an acute attention to detail and commitment to client relations, Ervin serves as the events coordinator for The Macintosh.
With over fifteen years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Ervin brings a multifaceted edge to the Macintosh. Prior to her position as events coordinator, Ervin served Charleston’s Blind Tiger Pub as assistant office manager for several years. In addition to her management position, Ervin also worked as bartender and server for Blind Tiger Pub. In the midst of her food and beverage career, Ervin took a short break to earn her masters from The Citadel and pursue a career in orthopedic sales for five years. But soon after, Ervin returned to her love of party planning and planted her roots back in the food and beverage industry.
In her spare time, Ervin enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband, Hayden. When in Charleston, she loves any excuse for some well-deserved beach time. Ervin and her husband also love spending time with their three dogs.
